Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 medium onion diced
  • 1  jalapeño finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl combine diced tomatoes, onion, finely chopped jalapeño and cilantro.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice and lightly season with salt and black pepper. Give everything a final toss and enjoy.
