- 14 ounce can chickpeas (400g)
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 ice cubes
- olive oil for serving

Soak the chickpeas in warm water and peel off the skin. (Optional step if you want extra creamy texture, you can skip it you're feeling lazy! )
Drain and dry chickpeas. Toss them in a food processor or blender and pulse for about 30 seconds.
Add the lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, and ice cubes. Blend until very smooth.
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with a generous swirl of olive oil. You can sprinkle a dash of paprika, chopped parsley, or toasted pine nuts for added flavor and visual appeal.
